Project Manager (Construction)
- Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm | Weekends if required (Base on project)
- Office: Middle Rd (Nearest MRT: Bencoolen) ; will need travel to site
- Salary: $4000 - 6000
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement installation works for our products especially glass partitions, operable walls, stretch membrane, and acoustic panelling
- Coordinating and preparing project documentation/shop drawings/as-built drawings for submission to clients
- Able to read and prepare construction technical drawings and related installation works, including site measurements
- Coordinate with suppliers, installers and main contractors to ensure projects are completed according to quality, cost and time requirements
- Work with suppliers and installers to overcome technical challenges
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Attend safety toolbox and other site meetings
- Monitor inventory levels
Job Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in the construction field
- Experience in managing construction projects / supervisory in relevant field
- Will need to commit weekends for oversee or monitor the project if required
