Job Description
Primary duties:
- Work under the supervision of the Branch Manager to perform accounting and administrative duties.
Accounting management and responsibilities:
- Responsible for calculating accounts and all bookkeeping related duties;
- Posting transaction details, prepare ledgers;
- Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders;
- Inventory management;
- Provide accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business;
- Work with auditors to balance accounts and track expenses;
- Ensuring compliant with all internal compliance, audit and tax regulations;
- Learning towards full sets accounts processing and reporting to Head Office, including cashflow, tax calculations and budgets.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily accounting operations
Job Requirement
- Possible 1 year work experience
- Experience with general ledger functions. Although full set accounting experience is not required, preferably with basic accounting knowledge and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
- Good working knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office, advanced Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
- A hands-on individual with clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, analytical, hardworking and responsible person.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
