Administrative Assistant (#SG Enable)

Working hours: 8.45am to 6.00pm (Mondays to Fridays)


As an administrative assistant, you will ensure proper documentation of Company Purchase Order and follow up with Bunker Bunker Delivery Note and receipt and payment of bunker invoices of all operated vessels under the various HUBs. To maintain all the global bunker prices and monitor company performance in fuel purchase.


  • Update daily Global Bunker Prices in the system
  • Check bunker invoices received for any discrepancies in cost and volume;
  • Follow up with payment approval for invoice received if in order;
  • Housekeeping of Account Codes for Bunker Suppliers/Traders;
  • Compile bunker purchased data for all HUBs for evaluation and comparison;
  • Data entry and maintenance of records in the system;
  • Any other adhoc tasks as assigned by the manager.
