- Create and Propose new items in the menu
- Prepare Marinations and Spices
- Cook and prepare all types of kebabs, starters, hot plate breads
- Ensure the food quality and the presentation.
- Ensure the prompt and speedy delivery of orders.
- Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure the standards
- Ensure personal hygiene and safety requirements.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking utensils and equipment.
- Monitor the performance and ability to work closely with kitchen staff
- Ability to work on weekend and public holidays
- Ability to perform overtime whenever required at short notice
