Job Description
1 To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that the works are constructed to require quality and accuracy.
2 To monitor progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately.
3 To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the consultant team.
4 To maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on site, labour, dayworks, provisional quantities, etc.
5 To check that contractor executes preliminaries items.
6 To check services routes and contractor’s setting out and report any deviations to the consultant team.
7 To verify reports and claims submitted by contractors.
8 To record all variations as instructed or approved by consultant team.
9 To attend to contractor’s queries and co-ordinate works of main contractor and direct contractors.
10 To inspect and take over completed works.
11 To undertake any other duties related to the project as and when instructed by the consultant team.
Job Requirement
At least 5 years of relevant working experience as M&E RTO
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Supervision in M&E services for A&A works
Part time contract - estimate 20 hours per week

Contract duration : tentatively 6 months
