Our client is a MNC in Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Application Engineer to join their Engineering Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West area – easily accessible.
Duties of Application Engineer:
- Support sales, in-house operations, and customer service with technical expertise.
- Provide pre-sales technical support to sales teams in the Asia Pacific region.
- Assist in benchmark preparation, feasibility studies, and estimation for ongoing sales projects.
- Contribute to various application businesses within the company.
- Operate machines, ensure quality control, and optimize productivity for benchmark parts.
- Utilize AM software to generate CAD models and troubleshoot part quality issues.
- Deliver first-level customer support, focusing on requests and continuous improvement.
- Engage in application projects, constantly improving training content and documenting knowledge, while providing regular report updates and agile support to customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Materials Science
- 2 years of experience in Metal 3D Printing
