KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:.
- Compiling annual market analysis:
- Identifying market needs and trends, understanding customer requirements, and assessing the competitive landscape within the relevant industry segment.
- Setting product strategy to address long term customer needs aligning with business goals
- Defining product road map following anticipated customer needs
- Creating a product roadmap outlining the timeline for product development
- Compiling regular competitive analysis’, continuously monitoring the relevant market segment and competitor activities to adapt the product strategy accordingly.
- Defining product requirements
- Overseeing the product development process, managing timelines
- Determining pricing strategies and positioning in the market to maximize revenue and market share
- Development of Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies
- Coordinating product launches, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer support
- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback
- Informing about product improvements and updates
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and market adoption.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- BS/MS degree in Engineering studies
- Mininally 10 years in semiconductor packaging will be advantageous
- 5 years in wire-bonding process engineering will be advantageous.
- Familiar with all aspects of wire-bonding processes
- Ability for frequent international travel
