- Scheduling of jobs for drivers and manage drivers to ensure smooth operations
- Point of liaison for drivers and customers / site supervisors
- Taking of clients orders and dispatching / coordinating of jobs
- Handle & manage chinese and english speaking clients as well as logistics teams queries and expections
- Maintain good service and communication with customers
- Attend to customer quiries as the first point of contact via different channels such as phone calls, e-mails, sms and whatsapp
- Record all important customer queries for appropriate post-action review
- Provide administrative support and assist in other assigned ad-hoc matters when necessary
- Team Player and willing to learn attitude
- Able to communicate with Chinese & English Speaking Clients
- Able to handle stress and work efficiently in a fast paced environment. Good in multi tasking.
- Able to work shift work, weekends and public Holiday.
- Willing to travel to Tuas for work
