Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the tool service centre, ensuring high efficiency, quality, and adherence to the company's service standards.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize workflow and enhance overall service centre performance.
  • Train and develop a team of skilled technicians, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to understand customer needs and expectations, ensuring the service centre delivers outstanding support to our clients.
  • Steer and implement service enhancement projects.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of proven experience in a operations/planning.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of SAP/BI analytic tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
