Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the tool service centre, ensuring high efficiency, quality, and adherence to the company's service standards.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize workflow and enhance overall service centre performance.
- Train and develop a team of skilled technicians, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to understand customer needs and expectations, ensuring the service centre delivers outstanding support to our clients.
- Steer and implement service enhancement projects.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of proven experience in a operations/planning.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of SAP/BI analytic tools.
