Job Description
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (ie. Sales/Proposal Team) to obtain information for the submission of Tender/Request for Proposal (RFPs)/Request for Quote (RFQs)
- Comfortable with meeting external stakeholders (eg. customers) through following up on inquiries (via email, conferences, calls) - to develop new business opportunities with in-bound leads
- Prepare Bill of Materials and relevant Costing for Tender/RFP/RFQ submission
- Participate in review meetings and site surveys of various projects
- Ensure updated input into the system to support the bid and sales processes accordingly
The Successful Applicant
- About 1 year of B2B work experience in the relevant sector - ICT, Smart Systems, Power Grid, Automation, Meters etc
- Background knowledge in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering is a plus to understand the products and solutions that my client offers
