Provision wide range of admin and project coordination activities, General administrative duties, Handling of incoming calls and enquiries, data entry & filling for company accounts, other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned, mail forwarding to client, inventory control and replenishment office and pantry supplies, handling telephone enquiries by clients, ensuring that office is kept clean and neat at all times.
Good typing skills, have some account background, admin duties, able to handle calls, good communication skills both in English and Mandarin to liaise wi Mandarin speaking assocates, PC skills in Microsoft. Singaporean / PR are welcome to apply.
