Salary: Up to S$8000
Do note that first 3 months (probation) will be under agency contract, after probation will be converted to perm.
- Incumbent will function as a finance business partner (an individual contributor role) and to be overall responsible for full spectrum of accounting/finance hands-on functions of the Company.
Key Responsibilities
- To set-up, manage the financial systems and practices, ensuring financial information is timely, accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant accounting and taxation principles.
- Manage transaction flows from source through interfaces to general ledger.
- Ensure finance ledgers are maintained on a timely basis, are accurate and complete, and structured for the dual purpose of providing relevant information to internal users and meeting statutory obligations.
- Ensure reporting functions and responses to ad hoc requests for financial related information are appropriately delivered.
- Preparation of monthly forecast and annual budget.
- To work with auditors on audit matters; and external tax advisors on tax compliance and planning matter.
- Coordinate and working with the business and operation teams for finance related matters.
- Any other ad hoc finance/accounting duties as assigned by the Management.
Key Requirements
- Degree and/or certified CPA with 5 to 8 years of Finance/Accounting work experience.
- Independent, self-motivated and meticulous person with an eye of details.
- Proactive working attitude & highly committed.
- High adaptable skills, ability to swiftly adjust to changing priorities.
- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good team player and enjoys working in a start-up, fast-paced work environment.
- Strong in Microsoft Office application skills, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
