Job Description:
- Prepare Weekly Aging Receivable Report.
- Prepare Weekly Aging Payables Report.
- Creation of Customer Code and Vendor Code.
- Credit Control and weekly preparation of payments to Vendors.
- Assisting in weekly cashforecast.
- Follow up on long outstanding debts with customers.
- Intercompany reconciliations.
- Assist the Finance team in the monthly financial closing and management reporting.\
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or ACCA.
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting software.
- Proficient in data entry and management.
- 1-3 years accounts receivables or general accounting experience.
