Job Description: IT Technician
We are currently hiring for the position of IT Technician in Singapore! As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for:
· Providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
· Installing, configuring, and maintaining equipment such as printers, scanners, and projectors
· Assisting with network and server maintenance, as well as data backup and recovery
· Keeping up-to-date with new technologies and recommending system improvements
The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in IT or a related field, as well as experience with Microsoft and Linux operating systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also a must.
