Responsibilities
- Scheduling of daily collection / delivery.
- Resolving daily collection / delivery issues.
- Conduct weekly toolbox / training session.
- Perform cross training for team members.
- Ensure the maintenance of all vehicles.
- Submission of Safety Induction Course / Other related courses.
- Responsible for team performance & discipline.
- Work closely with Customer Service & Operation Team.
- Act as backup for another fleet supervisor during their absent.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE/Diploma
- Minimum 1-2 Yrs of relevant experience
- Possess class 3 driving license
- Independent, self-motivated with good coordination and communication skills
