We are urgently looking for a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER for our organization.
Requirements: -
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Bulk Material Handling Components Industry
- Proven experience as Key Account Manager in the same Industry
- Experience in sales, projects and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Excellent organizational skills
- Joining - immediate / short notice preferred
Roles and Responsibilities: -
- Develop long-term trusting relationships with KEY customers to accomplish long-term company objectives
- Support USA and European Markets on their timelines
- Must Travel to South East Asia regions for business matters frequently
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Providing effective solutions to the customers for their wants and needs
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress for Top Management
- Must be able to respond the Client queries 24X7
- Must be able to work on Weekends and Public holidays and travel whenever necessary.
