Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit Site Environmental Control Programme to the Project Manager of the construction site
- Ensure compliance of operations with Environmental Control regulations and statutory requirements
- Conduct Workplace Environmental Control audit and incident investigations
- Compile all relevant reports and carry routine Environmental Control inspections
- Coordinate and correspond with external agencies, MOM, NEA etc. on WSH related matters
- Assist Site Safety manager and officer in the implementation of the Environmental Control management system
- Perform regular safety inspection to look out for conditions/situation in construction site which causes safety, health and environmental problems
- Conduct Environmental Health and Safety Orientation training to new employees/workers.
- Conduct WSH Talks and coordinate internal training courses relating to WSH in order to promote WSH awareness.
- To look out for conditions/situation in construction site which causes safety, health and environmental problems
- Assist in organizing WSH Campaign and other promotional activities and conduct emergency evacuation exercises
- Assist the company in workplace accident investigation and reports in accordance with the requirement under the WSH Act
- Maintain, update and retain relevant records and certificates as required under the regulation required by the authorities, preparation and submission of reports to authorities if required
**Job Requirements:
- Must be certified and registered ECO with NEA
- At least 3 years of working experience in the LTA MRT project is required for this position.
