Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance of the laboratory quality system in-line with ISO 17025.
- Assist the Quality Director in Test Methods Assessment and Statistical Quality Control programs and ongoing compliance assessment of quality practices (including co-ordination of corrective action/quality improvement scheme).
- Responsible for document control of all quality system documentation, standards, clients supplied procedures and specifications.
- Responsible for all quality control practices in the laboratory, plan and implement appropriate QC tools such as SQC, TMA (Test Method Assessment) etc. for quality assurance purposes and as requested or stipulated by clients.
- Assist in preparing quality audit plans and in performing random and systematic internal audits, including test method assessments.
- Ensure full control of the calibration and maintenance program for all laboratory equipment.
- Assist the Safety Officer in establishing a sound safety system in the laboratory.
- Ensure all computer-generated data is properly and periodically validated and implement suitable security measures to prevent unauthorized tampering of routines.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by Laboratory Management, including testing and analysis during periods of heavy workload.
- Ensure all work done is in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conducts & Ethics.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or any Science related discipline.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Pleasant personality with good command of language.
- Resourceful with initiative and drive.
