- Plan, organize and set up site and sequential job planning for smooth execution of projects to achieve cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives;
- Attend project kick off meetings; project team meetings, and updates on progress;
- Ensure all discrepancies in drawings must be identified and cleared with consultants prior to site job progress;
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, client's representatives and relevant authorities;
- Prepare and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports and work programme;
- Manage all site staff and subcontractors’ schedule, work progress and provide solutions to issues at site.
- Ensure quality control measures via on site / off site inspection;
- Check that approved / correct materials are used within specifications / certifications submitted, recorded and approved;
- Participate in Risk Assessment and Workplace Safety and Health matters
- Any other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned by Top Management.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Degree/Master in Architecture, Civil or Structural Engineering, Construction or Project Management with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in local construction industry
- Able to work independently with responsibility and minimal oversight to meet tight deadline
