Job Description
1. Support the Relationship Managers in operational duties related to clients' account servicing and transactional services including account opening and maintenance, credit application, investment transaction and banking instruction.
2. Attend to clients' instructions and queries timely in professional manner.
3. Handle administrative duties that are related to clients' account including the monitoring of expiring KYC Review, KYC updates, account documentation, onboarding pre-checks, etc.
4. Liaise with internal and external stake-holders to resolve clients' queries and feedbacks.
Job Requirements
1. Experienced in AML/KYC/CDD processes (minimum 1 year).
2. Experienced in basic banking products (Deposits, loans, basic investment products etc.) (minimum 1 year).
3. Minimum 2 years' relevant work experience in serving retail or high net-worth clients.
4. Knowledge of private banking and treasury services, good understanding of banking operations and policies.
5. Proficient in writing and speaking both English and Chinese so as to communicate effectively with our Head Office and Chinese-speaking customers.
6. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business/Accountancy/Banking & Finance or a relevant discipline.
7. CACS 1 & 2 papers is a mandatory requirement.
