Responsibilities:
- To support and prepare new employee pre and post on boarding process.
- Assisting interview process by scheduling interview
- Maintain P-files and ensure all e P-files are updated and well recorded
- Administering and maintaining HR records such as employee database in workday, HR reports on time
- Monitor and process work pass application and renewal for existing WP/SP employee
- Leading internship program
- Support in culture event and CSR Program
- Assist inHR Administrator tasks
- Manage office support task including incoming/outgoing mail / courier as well as office stationary.
Requirements:
- min. Diploma in HR
- No experience needed as training is provided
- Candidate with great team spirit, persistency, good communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply
