HR Coordinator is responsible for the administrative support of Human Resources matters for Asia Pacific regional office. Support the Human Resources activities for the Regional Team and be a bridge between the Corporate team and the various countries.


General Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate Asia Pacific countries payroll provider switch from existing payroll provider to a new payroll provider.
  • Ensure online trainings are attended timely across Asia Pacific.
  • Work closely with Financial Controller and/or Tax Consultant to ensure regional expatriate employees’ income tax is reported correctly and timely.
  • Review country’s submission of Health Insurance renewal (and any other insurance related matters) and ensure countries to submit timely to allow sufficient time of review of RVP APAC, FC APAC and Corporate C&B team.
  • Ensure correctness of salesperson’s salary amount as basis of sales commission.
  • Closely work with the Corporate team to run the Quarterly Incentive schemes across APAC
  • Prepare job description and offer letter for regional employees.
  • Coordinate with countries to ensure that correct headcount numbers are reported in monthly financial statement
  • Provide adminstrative support to the Regional team
  • Provide guidance and support to the various countries in APAC as and when need be.
  • Other duties as assigned

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Requires the ability to prioritise and plan work; adapt to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands; deal with frequent change.
  • Requires effective verbal and written communications skills and proven computer literacy (Microsoft Office Applications, Outlook, Internet).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as needs to coordinate across Asia Pacific countries
  • Must be able to work in a confidential manner when dealing with sensitive and confidential information and documents.
  • Must be detail-orientated in order to maintain filing system and flow of processes that apply to HR.
  • Analytical skills in interpreting data to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Willingness to learn and research HR rules/matters of Asia Pacific countries
  • Support ethical business practices
  • Other duties as requested and required.

Education and Work Experience:

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Proven record in similar role with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English (second Asia Pacific language, e.g Mandarin, Japanese will be a good advantage)
  • Have general understanding of HR matters
  • Proficiency in MS Office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • HR related certification is a plus
