Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Responsibilities:
- Oversee technology operations, including network security and evaluate them according to established goals
- Liaise with other departments and analyse and address their technology needs and requirements, including training sessions.
- Identify technology needs and make recommendations
- Develop, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate IT projects in line with organizational objectives including documentation and training.
- Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies.
- Ensuring the maintenance of current projects and technology systems.
- Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement including adherence to government regulations.
- Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintain, upgrade and acquire efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software and ensure its functionality and efficiency
- Preparing and control financial budgets and performance reports.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors, and creating cost-efficient contracts.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in computer science or a related field
- Min 3 years relevant working experience
- Sound working knowledge of IT operations, systems, and developments
