About The Role

We are looking for a partnerships superstar who can manage our fast-growing client base. If you enjoy meeting business owners and chasing sales targets, this could be a suitable role for you! We also expect a strong self-starter who can work in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment.

You will be at the forefront of this incredible time for Elliot & Co., elevating Elliot's and our client's growth. If successful, you will shadow our Partnerships Manager, before running the ground.


Responsibilities

  1. Revenue Generation
    1. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
    2. Development of new accounts to achieve revenue targets for the company and division
  2. Lead Qualification & Generation
    1. Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
    2. Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
    3. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  3. Nurturing Prospects
    1. Establishing and maintaining good business relationships with stakeholders to influence and achieve business goals
    2. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
    3. Developing proposals through PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
    4. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
  4. Closing Leads
    1. Preparation of service agreements for clients, ensuring detail and accuracy
    2. Facilitation of client payment through administration & handover toward the PR team
  5. Reporting/Networking
    1. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
    2. Developing monthly marketing reports regarding sales performance and business analysis

Relevant Experience

  • 2 or more years of experience in sales and business development-related roles
  • Familiarity with the sales landscape in Singapore, ideally for SMEs & start-ups
  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Mass Comm or equivalent
