- Perform manufacturing defect diagnosis and analysis, provide timely feedback to respective line leaders, supervisor and engineer in the event of defect spike detected by the assembly line and test area.
- Support Test Engineer in executing evaluation work order, compile test reports so that all evaluation test reports are ready for engineer to analyse
- Actively involve in company wide Smart Lean initiative, seek improvement opportunities such as defect reduction and productivity improvement ideas. Implement and monitor the impact of the initiative, fine tune the implementation to get maximum benefit
- Create One Point Lesson for every critical defect detected related to workmanship, perform training to the operator to raise quality awareness
Requirements
- Min NITEC / Diploma in mechanical / Electrical or other engineering courses
- Min 2 to 3 years of testing / production technicial experience
- Experience in medical device industry
