Responsibilities
• Assist in accounting entry
• Handle administrative task
• Attend to billing inquiries from customers
• Prepare weekly billing reports
• Checking invoices, debit and credit notes
• Assist in any audits matter
• Collating of information and key into the system
• Simple filling and sorting out documentations
• Assist in report compilation
• To perform documentation work (from receiving, distribution, filling to archiving and disposing of documents)
• Any other ad-hoc as assigned or requested by the superior
Requirements
• Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or other related field
• Possess at least 1 years of relevant experience
• Independent and also a good team player
• Conscientious and meticulous personality
• Self-diver, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
