Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support in the management and operation of tours, regular programming and museum related events
- Liaise with clients to understand enquiries and requirements
- Respond and liaise with clients independently via email
- Co-ordinate with attractions and external vendors in planning of tour itineraries
- Work closely with senior management to improve the tour management processes and SOPs
- Regular statistical analysis: collect, analyse and summarise market/visitorship data and trends
- Undertake other essential administrative duties, providing assistance to other internal departments, e.g. training support, staff welfare, and other necessary essential work
Requirements
- Possess at least GCE 'A' Levels / Diploma in Tourism or related field
- Work experience in a similar field will be an advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom
- Good communication skills (spoken & written), a team player and willing to learn
- Responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Singaporeans & Singapore PR to apply
Nature of Work
- 5-day work week
- Must be willing to work weekends / public holidays if necessary
- Able to commit to a minimum period of 2 years
