Responsibilities:
- Network Engineer with at least 4-6 yrs relevant work exp with minimum CCNA certified, CCNP preferred
- Required to handle daily Operation/support duties including SLA, CR, SR, and Incident reporting.
- Rotational standby support is required, and may occasionally need to travel to remote sites
- Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
- Follow site safety and disciplinary procedures;
- Other work assigned by Manager;
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on network engineering experience.
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS).
- Knowledge in network management and troubleshooting;
- Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science or a related subject.
- Possess Class 3 driving license is an advantage;
- Able to start work immediately;
