Responsibilities
· Developing new business with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
· Managing customer accounts by operating as the key contact for all matters specific to your customers, including contract negotiation.
· Delivering excellent customer support and developing trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
· Conducting door-to-door sales calls at specialist and hospital accounts, including but not limited to oncology and general practice.
· Tracking and communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly sales initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
· Resolving client requests or issues as needed.
Required skills and
· At least a Bachelor’s degree in a Science-related field or its equivalent.
· At least 3 years of experience in Business Development.
· Demonstrable ability to communicate with, present to, negotiate with and influence key stakeholders.
· Demonstrable ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to details.
· Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to fulfil customer needs.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
· Proficiency in CRM software is advantageous.
· Oncology experience will be an advantage.
