Job Description
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Maintain & update accurate records on HRIS and internal portal
- Coordinate and assist onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate and assist internal/external training programs and surveys
- Process work pass applications and renewals
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other related HR letters
- Assist annual performance appraisal process
- Assist in review of HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee insurance and/or claims with the insurer
- Assist in CSR activities and office events
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required
Job requirements
- Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
- Take ownership and initiative of your tasks
- Eye for details, proactive and willing to take on challenges
- A genuine interest and curiosity to know how to make things better
- Great interpersonal skills with positive learning attitude
