Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, Develop & Review Deliverables for Oil & Gas , Petrochemical Storage Terminal EPC Project such as control System Architecture, IO List (Up to Minium 5000 IO Points In a Single Project) , Specifications , Instrument Index , Control Valve List Wiring Diagram , Functional Description , Control Narrative , Cause & Effect Matrix and SIL Loop Study Knowledge .
- Responsible and involve in project proposal site surveys, E&I items proposal costing, project budget preparation and project execution.
- Responsible for engineering, configuring, programming and testing of PLC, PCS, TAS (Terminal Automation System), Telemetry System and SCADA software
- Working closely with process engineers to size and selection of control valves and field instruments to meet the process requirements
- Design Cable & Cable Tray Routing
- Familiar in designing ELV Systems such as FAS, PAGA, EVC, CCTV, SACS
- Responsible for preparation of Instrument list, Instrument Data-Sheets, Instrument cable schedules, FAT/ SAT procedures
- Performed FAT, SAT &commissioning of control system with respect to Instrument, Electrical and Package, Manage the Signing -Off SAT reports with Client.
- Ensure projects complete within given lead time
- Ensure products meet customer requirements
- Actively participated in safety studies and coordinated client & Vendor meetings
- Co-ordination of project with customers and suppliers
- Interface design, implementation and testing between various third-party systems using Field Bus, Modbus, BACnet and all other protocols
- Lead supervisors and technicians in PLC/ DCS field work at sites
- Implement and propose improvement works to clients
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics/ Communication/ Electrical Engineering with at least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in automation/process industry
- EPC Project Experience within Oil & Gas Storage Terminal, Petrochemical and Hydrocarbon projects is preferred.
- Independent and self-motivated with good initiative and communication skills.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Strong passion for project achievements.
- Strong knowledge for electrical & instrument systems of oil& gas , petrochemical and building construction.
- Knowledge and experience in network technologies is preferred (Ethernet, TCP/ IP, Fibre Optic, Modbus, Field Bus, CANBUS, etc.)
- Independent and self-motivated with good analytical skills.
