Duties:
- Merchant onboarding up to point of contracting and / or renewals, before handing over to the Operations Team for on-boarding ops
- Develop relationship with large portfolio of sellers/brands within category, as a main contact point for high potential sellers, to understand their business nature, sales performance, obstacles in running smooth operations as well as supporting them in problem solving
- Ensure KPIs are achieved at account level: sales, assortments, and price competitiveness
- Conduct key account analyses to understand factors driving / impeding the performance then develop and execute the actionable plans
- Working closely with Category Manager and Key Account manager to identify potential sellers to become part of the Key Account portfolio
- Working with the Marketing Team to arrange merchandise/participation of promotions for best effectiveness
- Involve in incubating a small pool of sellers and develop them to key accounts within the category
- Drive and support any Business Development initiatives and ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business.
- 1-2 years of working experience in Business Development role.
