Job Responsibilities: Manage system investment budget related matters for MUFG APAC countries (Singapore as Regional HQ and 10+ branches) with estimated amount of SGD100mil annually. Assist HOD, Line Lead and Team Lead for the annual budget exercise in securing system funding for prioritized projects. Also assist the mid-term planning process in terms of systems investment budget. Perform project initiation application reviews, and work with Head Office and Branches on budget reallocation request where required. Monitor and track systems investment budget utilization, assess the gap and implement necessary measure to improve the utilization. Prepare system investment budget management related reports and meeting materials, which includes Monthly Forecast Report and various meeting materials. Responsible to oversee, based on project status cycle, projects cost estimations, actuals and forecasts to identify any over-spending or under-spending at project portfolio level. Manage and in charge for the IT Budget Committee Meeting for Asia twice a year Maintain internal and external resource rates and act as liaison on any communication between relevant stakeholders. Identify process improvement opportunities, work with respective stakeholders to formalize and support the implementation. To support HOD and Line Heads in planning and promoting ASO initiatives. Assist Line Heads in responding to the instructions from Head Office audit / Internal Audit department / Internal control / External inspection. Provide support to the process transformation projects including the implementation of IT finance budgeting tools. Qualifications / Criteria: Degree qualification in accounting /finance/business or ACCA. Minimum 7 years of experience in Accounting & Finance or similar industry Experience in handling IT finance and project portfolio management. Experience in AS-IS process, and envision the efficient processing to be implemented. Require Responsible, proactive, fast learner, hands-on, work independently with less supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Advanced Excel Possess good communication, writing and analytical skills. Ability to work within a pressurized environment, meeting challenging deadline Energized to operate with urgency and prioritizing work accordingly Preferably to have the "change" adoptable mindset.
