About Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) Group Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) oversees all matters relating to real estate, including lease management, facilities management, security, general service as well as sustainable operation and development. The sustainability team of CRES works on all matters related to sustainability of our real estate assets and operations, including continuously achieving carbon neutrality. Sustainability team has an array of exciting and important initiatives and projects to drive towards decarbonization and carbon neutrality. Job Responsibilities Scope 2 emission registry and RECs Tracking and keeping records of REC procurement, redemption/retiring and vintage requirements for Singapore and regional countries Sourcing of cost-effective alternatives that adhere to international standards and best practices Keeping track of power purchase agreements Green Building Appraisal Establish and track green building solutions and features of our wholly owned buildings regionally Assist in discussions with regional Sustainability Leads on appraising and monitoring of the green building solutions and features Internal Sustainability Communications Liaise and coordinate with internal teams for plans and strategies to highlight sustainability achievements by CRES regionally Assist in developing sustainability-related content for CRES internal communications Sustainability/Green Awards and Associations Compilation of ESG or green building awards regionally for our group and subsidiaries corporate real estate services to reflect our decarbonization and green building effort Sustainability Benchmarking Systematically evaluating the sustainability performance of voluntary standards, certifications, companies or other entities that aim to implement sustainability measures or create positive impacts Evalute UOB's performance in relation to their peers, customers, and suppliers and assess industry and regional averages Job Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in Sustainability, Engineering, or Computer Science. Have interest in the broad spectrum of corporate sustainability including energy and resource efficiency, green certifications, renewable energy, etc. Master of Microsoft Suite and data-related skills will be an advantage.
