Lead Regulatory Reporting Project Manager, Investment Bank

Responsibilities The role involves ensuring timely regulatory reporting, impact analysis, and delivery planning for transactional regulatory rewrites, daily monitoring of regulatory KPIs, data mapping, end user support, reporting anomalies analysis, coordination with business users, resolving functional and technical issues, and developing regulatory needs for APAC. Requirements The role requires strong project management skills, including reporting progress, evaluating risks, and ensuring transparency. The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in delivery of software (must have would be regulatory reporting software), experience with Capital Markets / Investment Banking regulatory reporting with one of MAS, CFTC, EMIR, JFSA, HKMA, KRX , MMSR would be preferred. 3 years in leadership roles, solid business interaction experience, and 5 years of experience in international investment banking. They should have strong knowledge of financial product, regulatory reporting, trade life cycle, data enhancement, and regulatory reporting. Proficiency in relational database systems and Microsoft excel is required. The candidate should have excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, software development life cycle, technology trends, and interest in mentoring junior team members.
