Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Information & Benefits:
· Basic Salary: Starting from $2300 + Allowances for Support duties
· Transportation and Mobile Phone Reimbursement
· Working Hours: Monday – Friday (10am – 6.30pm)
· Location: Tai Seng

Responsibilities:
Project Implementation:
1.Arrange meetings to understanding potential clients’ business solution requirements
2.Arrange with clients’ to do a site survey to familiarise with outlet layout
3.Prepare client’s system backend and hardware
4.Onsite installation of hardware
5.Provide training for users on operating the system
6.Provide cover support for clients when their system go live
7.Arrange project reviews with clients after system implemented
Technical Support:
1.Provide timely support and resolutions for clients’ enquiries and system issues within SLA
2.Replacement of hardware may be required for faulty hardware
3.Support phone duty of one week per month with company allowance will be given
4.Testing of new system features or fixes will be required
5.Other ad-hoc tasks
· Evaluate customers’ future needs and recommend best practices
· Once familiar with company’s solution, applicant will be given the opportunity to take on Project Management role and/or Pre-Sales role
Requirements:
-Diploma in IT in above is preferred but not a must
-Knowledge and experience in working with POS is an added advantage
-Responsible individual who is diplomatic and possess high level of initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills to work in a past-paced environment
-Ability to handle pressure and ambiguity
-Meticulous and willingness to learn
-Fluent in both written and spoken English
-Knowledge in a second language preferably in Mandarin or Tamil is an advantage
