Our client is a leading power solutions provider and manufacturer of equipment and systems. This rapidly expanding company is now looking for a Sales Support Executive to join their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development.
about the job
- Provide business and administration support to the Service team (i.e. travel/logistics arrangements, order processing and related activities),
- Maintain and update sales and customer’s records
- Generation of sales forecast reports, monthly sales results, and other statistics for the service team
- Organize meetings logistics including travel arrangements, visas, permits to enter customer facilities
- Team meeting reports and follow-up activities
- Provision of administrative support to Service sales team in preparation of quotations and contracts
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, presentations
- Maintain an efficient document control, filing and retrieval system
- Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
- Assist Service team in ad-hoc project assignments, when required
- Generate Purchase Orders and Invoicing using In-house Expenses
- Support in applying work visas, related immigration matters
- Follow up timely on the payments from customers and payment to suppliers
- Working on the shipping documents such as bill of lading and shipping mark with logistic company and customers
job requirement
- Diploma/Degree in a Business Administration/Logistics/Supply Chain or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Previous experience in Sales Support/Office Administration/Coordination/Customer Service role
- Must possess experience with managing imports from overseas
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
