We are looking for a capable personnel to handle the Accounts and Human Resources scope of works for our subsidiary and associate companies. The following personnel is to strengthen our company’s position and be an important piece during this expansion period.

Responsibilities:
- Report to the Director
- Ensure the accounting transactions in AR, AP & GL are appropriate and properly recorded on timely basis
- Generating of Full Set accounts
- Monitor the company cash flow
- Responsible for preparation and reconciliation of quarterly GST returns
- Knowledge in administration and HR related duties such as leave management, pass application, payroll and employee expense claims processing
- Ensure that necessary statistical reports to the authorities are prepared and returned to the relevant authorities in a timely manner
- Co-ordinate with the office team (operation, marketing, etc.) and provide the information and supports as and when needed
Requirement:
- Minimum LCCI or equivalent, with at least 1 year of full sets experience in Food & Beverages Industries
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience in accounting systems (MYOB)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Self-motivated and a good team player with excellent interpersonal and organizing skills
- Meticulous and ability to work under pressure
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and suppliers
