Mon – Thurs : 8:30am – 6:00pm
Friday : 8:30am – 5:30pm
(inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
Job scope
• Provide corporate administration and assets management support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fixed assets including, but not limited to, acquisition, depreciation and disposal of assets.
• Conduct regular asset reconciliations to ensure accuracy to Fixed Assets List.
• Collaborate with Home Team Departments and HTX officers for asset-related queries including, but not limited to, acquisition, depreciation and disposal of assets.
• Address asset-related queries from Home Team Departments or HTX officers
• Undergo training for Integrated Logistics Management System (iLMS), guide HTX officers and perform related transactions on iLMS Such transactions include, but not limited to, transfers, decommissioning and disposal of assets.
• Assist with HTX onboarding to iLMS.
• Undergo training for Home Team Departments’ stock taking systems, if any.
• Assist with issuance of IT equipment and accessories to HTX officers.
• Maintain and update records of IT equipment inventory.
• Coordinate annual stock taking exercise between Home Team Departments and HTX officers and maintain a systematic schedule for asset verifications.
• Ensure all asset tags are properly labelled/tagged for easy identification or assist with the reprinting of asset tags.
• Investigate any missing, lost, or stolen assets and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with prescribed processes laid down in policies and guidelines on fixed assets.
Requirements
The job holder should:
• Preferably has a tertiary qualification in asset management, business administration or related fields. Salary range from $2,600 to $3,990 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
• Have experience doing administrative/asset management work.
• Possess a positive work attitude, good writing and communication skills.
• Team-oriented, but highly independent.
• Organised, meticulous, self-motivated and has initiative.
• Able to work well with people at all levels and diverse groups from different organisations to reach common consensus.
• Able to work within tight deadlines.
