We are a fast growing international food service company in the industry, and we need a Assistant Manager/Manager (based in Singapore) to manage our financial operations and reporting. As an accounts executive, you will:
1) Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
2) Reconcile bank statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
3) Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses.
4) Manage inventory and fixed assets.
5) Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and auditing.
6) Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and vendors.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A diploma or degree in accounting or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in doing full set of accounts
- Proficiency in Xero or Microsoft D365 accounting software
- Good knowledge of GST and other tax laws
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
