JOB TYPE
1-year renewable contract
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the data centre operation in Data Centers to support the IT infrastructure operation. Ensures the batch operation operates effectively and efficiently.
1. Strategies and improve the operation and SOP.
2. Manage data centre batch operation for both Mainframe and Open system to ensure jobs are monitored, trigger timely and escalated timely if there are any issues.
3. Manage and support data centre tools upgrade.
4. Support the automation initiative to remove manual task and improve turnaround time.
5. Involve in the product development of Operation Dashboard
6. Experience in using OPC to schedule jobs and API tasks.
7. Mandatory skill - must have experiences in manage, perform and monitor (must hands-on and not facilitating) batch operation/job for Mainframe.
Deliverables
1. No high audit findings or issue.
2. No major operation issues.
3. Consistently review, plan and improve the current operation model.
Goals and Objective
1. Achieve the above deliverables.
2. Implement and deployed projects/tools if any.
