This rapidly expanding company is now looking for an Assistant Manager, Technical Sales (Aftermarket service) to join their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development.
about the job
- Be responsible for 4 main aspects: Sales, Marketing, Engineering support & Service support
- Mainly responsible for the local market but occasionally support the Malaysia and AP region as well.
- Prepare and submit proposals/invoices, negotiate assist for sales, record sales and services
- Follow up customers to ensure prompt payment
- Assist in the preparation & implementation of annual sales forecast
- Study competitor’s trend of technology in power business, identification of target market (customer & products)
- Prepare and demonstrate service presentation to prospect customers
- Serve as a liaison between the client and company
- Monitor / coordinate / report project status and delivered products status
- Assist customers for any failures arise after products and services installing or in use
- Report activities and feedback any claim or suggest by customer to superior
job requirement
- Diploma/Degree in a relevant technical (mechanical/electrical engineering) or business field
- Must possess some experience handling commercial proposals
- Previous sales/sales support experience in power plants or industrial plants equipment is preferable
- Knowledge of new MS Office software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
