Responsibilities:
- Purchase order issuance to suppliers
- Coordinate shipments to ensure quality and timeliness with transportation/freight forwarder
- Process payroll and human resource matters
- Verify employee's petty cash claims and requisition for advances
- Assist in Ad Hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Meticulous, initiative and able to work independently
- Bookkeepping experience preferred
- Proficient in computer skills (MS Office-Excel)
