Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the Cafe
- Guide and train staff to upsell food, beverage & promotional items
- Maintain high level of customer service standards
- Plan overall manpower, including daily duty roster to ensure optimum use of manpower
- Manage daily table bookings, seating, and special requests
- Reduce food, beverage and stocks wastage and optimise labour cost
- Ensure that supplies and stocks are sufficient for day-to-day operations
- Ensure overall store cleanliness and maintain the image of the brand
- Ensure regular maintenance and servicing of equipment to ensure outlet functions smoothly
- Any other duties assigned by the management
Requirements
- At least 3 years of cafe operation experience
- An active and pro-active individual who is willing to explore new things
- A hands-on individual who is willing to work in all areas in addition to leading and managing the team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented
