Position Title : Project Manager
Work location: Singapore (Kewalram House)
Work Arrangement: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Type of employment: Permanent
Position Overview:
- Plays a vital role in managing projects related to the delivery of products, services and solutions to clients, while also driving business growth and expansion initiatives.
- Involves overseeing project delivery and contributing to organizational growth objectives by identifying and executing growth-focused projects and activities.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Sales and Production) to align growth initiatives with overall business strategy.
- Conducts market research and monitors emerging trends (AI and Tech) to execute growth initiatives.
- Building and managing a crowd-sourced team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management or related field of study.
- Several years of project management experience with a focus on business growth.
- Proven experience in Project Management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of business growth and expansion strategies.
- Ability to manage and execute growth-focused projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Experience in building and managing a team via crowd sourcing.
- Experience in market research and analysis.
- Experience in crowd-source management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a practice (AI / Tech) leader or business unit owner, performing executive focused segments.
- Experience working with Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations.
