Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage suppliers and get the projects completed on time with required quality and within budget for outsourced projects.
• Transfer the projects from supplier/internal to production sites with proper IQ, OQ and PQ validation.
• Handle customer accounts and ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with customer, internal designers, toolmakers, logistic team, material suppliers and vendor in the development of new products/tools.
• Provide technical solution to resolve mould issues for design and mould fabrication.
• Provide weekly updated Gantt Chart to internal as well as customer.
• Able to communicate closely with customer and internal teams effectively.
• Provide leadership in ensuring project meets customer’s timeline and expectation/specification.
• Update customers on project development and progress.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any related discipline.
· At least 5 years of related working experience, preferably in plastic injection moulding & tooling with supplier managing experience.
· Independent, self-motivated and willing to take challenge.
· Good interpersonal skills.
