As an Entry-Level Infra Tech Support Practitioner at Elliott Moss Consulting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, collaborating with the team, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring project completion within established timelines. Responsibilities:

  1. IT Infrastructure Operations:Execute day-to-day IT infrastructure operations.
    Provide technical support to ensure the seamless functioning of the IT infrastructure.
  2. Project Collaboration:Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful completion of projects.
    Work closely with other departments to address their IT infrastructure needs.
  3. Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve issues that arise during projects promptly.
    Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
  4. Project Timeline Management:Ensure that all tasks are completed within the project timeline.
    Communicate any potential delays and propose solutions to maintain project schedules.

Top 3 Mandatory Skills:

  1. IT Cloud Infrastructure Operations:Proficient in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure in cloud environments.
  2. Full Stack Experience (NodeJS, ReactJS):Hands-on experience in full-stack development using NodeJS and ReactJS.
  3. AWS Cloud Administrative Skills:Hold AWS Developer Associate or AWS Administrator SysOps certification.
    Demonstrate expertise in AWS cloud administration.

Good to Have Skills:

  1. Service Management:Familiarity with IT service management practices and frameworks.
  2. DevOps Pipeline Understanding:Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  3. System Integration Background:Previous experience in integrating diverse systems for optimal performance.
  4. Incident Management:Knowledge of incident management processes and best practices.
  5. Problem Management:Ability to analyze recurring issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
