We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our client, an Investment Management Firm, as an Investment Operations Analyst focusing on liquidity management. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring proper cash flow management and executing various investment activities related to liquidity and derivatives support. As part of the Front Office Services (FOS) team, this role will collaborate with multiple departments to optimize investment outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Liquidity / Active Cash Management:
o Monitor and review cash balances and settlement ladders.
o Support portfolio managers in investing excess cash, managing exposure risk, and preventing overdrafts.
Oversee and report cashflow exposures across counterparties within prescribed limits.
Derivatives Overlay Support:
o Review collaterals and margins to ensure alignment with market movements.
o Manage security and cash collaterals and margin movements.
o Collaborate with Investment Teams and Middle Office on security collateral postings and recalls.
o Assist Investment Teams in hedging overlay portfolios.
Order Generation & Execution:
o Generate orders for FX and Short-Term Money Market Instruments (STMMI).
o Collaborate with the Investment Monitoring team to resolve any flagged breaches.
o Work closely with the dealing team to support efficient execution.
o Review counterparties based on level, capacity, willingness to trade, and execution cost.
o Ensure regulatory compliance and meet the Fund Management team's objectives.

Qualifications:
- Graduate or post-graduate degree in Business/Accountancy/Finance.
- 5-8 years+ of broad experience in the asset management industry, with a focus on Treasury/Liquidity management and execution.
- Thorough understanding of investment concepts, instruments, asset classes, and derivatives
- Good knowledge of a wide range of treasury products and their operations.
- Familiarity with investment regulations and restrictions in Asian markets.
