ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily Update of Project / Operation Progress to immediate superior.
- To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality.
- To update team member at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave , in order to minimize downtime
- Assist to prepare QA/QC procedure for the project according to the client requirements.
- Assist to interpret Construction and Technical Drawings from the Clients.
- Able to communicate technical/ quality requirement to team individual.
- Co-ordinate with the client and site construction team for Installation, Testing and commissioning works.
- Assist to prepare Inspection Test plant for the project according to the Client’s Requirements.
- Assist to prepare QA/QC procedure for the project according to the client requirements.
- E&I material inspection at source and prepare punch list and clearance.
- Assist to perform Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance test for Electrical and Instrument systems.
- Effective implementation and coordination of receiving inspection and disposition of non-conforming materials and quipment.
- Conduct regular inspection & audit of site documentation system.
- Assist the Construction team in E&I installation.
- Attend pre-inspection planning meetings/progress meetings.
- To monitor the progress of the project
- Target to achieve zero NCR for Electrical and Instrumentation Installation.
