Key Responsibilities
You will be given the opportunity to manage a food service operation with a high degree of responsibility for the performance of the people and resources under your charge and also to develop and enhance your executive skills through structured training programmes.
- Managing cookhouse operations and to meet cookhouse (CCH) KPIs
- Responsible for housekeeping matter, IT / equipment matters and operation of CCH
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene; practise workplace safety at all times
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training
- Maintain clear understanding of CCH matters to facilitate covering duties of other CCH
- Abide strictly to proper handling of food items in accordance to food hygiene and safety guidelines and standards.
- Always adhere and abide to all company policies and procedures
- Professional representation of the company through personal conduct and appearance
Key Requirements
- Preferably with Food Hygiene Certificate
- With F&B background in middle management roles and responsebilities
- Good Leadership, Microsoft Computer Skill is essential, Customer Relationship Management, SAP is good to have
